Woda Woda formed in the spring of 2015 but it was not until 2018 that they decided to embark on a new project releasing original work, and at this point a series of lyrics written and left unperformed began to emerge from the closet.
The song DIPENDENZA was released that same year by the British label TILT Music Production.
This was followed in 2020 by the track MEDUSA, a complex epic song heralding a new type of evolving sound, also released by TILT Music Production.
The year 2020 was definitely a challenging one all over the world and especially in the music world, and this was the year the band produced new material still currently taking shape. On 20 November 2020, the single PORTANDO LA PELLE A CASA came out (once again with TILT Music Production) by R3BORN Digital by Gaetano Palmieri (video) and 7MZ Studio by Andrea Mazza (audio). It is a song designed to raise awareness that this WORLD IS SATURATED BY OUR WRONG BEHAVIORS.....
These new developments were the outcome of new musicians joining the band alongside Max (Massimo Montecucco), Alex (Alessio Lanza) formerly of Crimen, Acid/c and Pakura Klimt on guitar, and Andy (Andrea Mazza) formerly of Triora, LorWeaver, Scarlett D.Gray, The Redwood Treese on drums and production ... and new material, new ideas, new songs a new sound magically came to life. Soon afterwards the arrival of Ansel (Alessandro D'Angelo) on bass and Enry (Enrico Masini) on lead guitar completed the new line up.
In 2021 the band wrote DIVANO GIALLO, a tribute to Lucrezia Paone and in 2022 they returned to their old rock with a bold, fast-paced track WE ARE BIKER GUYS chronicling biker adventures along the world's roads.
A three-piece Mini EP saw the light of day on March 8, 2023 and a live studio Lo-Fi. The choice of the name RUVIDO Woda represents the quality of the band's sound.... rough and ready with no pre- and post-production, a studio live with very few trimmings.
In June 2023 the band self-produced and launched a new single entitled P.U.B. Prendimi Usami e Buttami. Woda will be giving birth to its first LP in 2024 and further new releases on the music market will follow. Ready to get on board!!!? Because nothing is what it seems!!!!!!! Up to the Woda
