CURRICULUM VITAE
FRANKY & THE BLIND ZEROES was started up in 2021 by Davide Lanfranchi and Matteo Gianola who wanted to meet up again after years of being in hiding, and accomplish their goal of playing together for the Contest held by Noi & Springsteen.
With this reinterpreted version of Factory and its slightly cantankerous bluesy feel, they wanted to pay tribute to the weary world of those who toil and struggle to earn a living and survive!
DAVIDE LANFRANCHI. He has simply been paying his dues for years now in local clubs with musical proposals ranging from folk to blues.
With more than one lifelong secret ambition, he has never stopped believing.
FABIO SOZZI. Eclectic guitarist from the Lecco band Born by Chance. At an early age he had the good luck to perform with artists Mauro Pagani (PFM), Rodolfo Maltese (Banco del Mutuo Soccorso), Patrizio Fariselli (Area), David Jackson (Van Der Graaf Generator) and the Lecco ensemble Sauro & Le Radeau de la Musique.
MASSI COLLI. Humble worker in the rhythm section on bass, born in Reggio Emilia and currently engaged with the Lecco rocksteady line-up of Jamaican Mood.
MATTEO GIANOLA. A Lecco native and mountain man by adoption, raised with Dylan in his soul, he spent the last 20 onstage, playing in the most diverse and often reckless situations, from dives to Grand Hotels. Multi-instrumentalist, never a perfectionist, lover of good food and beautiful women, he never misses an opportunity to reinvent himself and experiment with new collaborations
BENNY BREZZOLARI. This Bergamo native, drummer in The Howling Orchestra project, is our proud worker in the rhythm production department.
