CURRICULUM VITAE
A new-born project but with experience... definitely consolidated experience. Stick to the plan was born out of the idea to keep as closely to the plan as possible, playing with the heart and the hands, just good music, whoever composed or sung it, and when. By vocation almost all multiple instrument players with diverse musical inspirations but on the same wavelength, we’ll explore the many border areas between folk and root music, revisiting the classics (and less classic) mainly acoustically but without ruling out pulling the plug out every now and again. This is the perspective we’re presenting Rosalita in, one of the most important of Bruce’s early years, one of the best loved by fans born, let's say, a few decades ago. It is certainly respectfully done but with a dose of foolhardiness thrown in too: how to make a totally one-off and compelling groove out of the E-street band energy of early Bruce? We trusted to what we know best, letting our instruments and musical instincts drag us along, making for what we believe is a very spontaneous rendering, helped by the around 240 years of music experience we have between us.
